• GBB National Events are generally scheduled for the last full week (Sunday-Saturday) in the month of June.
• Unless otherwise specified, national events shall officially begin with camp opening on Monday morning and end with camp closing on Friday night.
• A unit commander’s briefing shall take place on the Sunday night of each national event.  Each unit commander or his designee shall be present.  A weekly schedule will be presented and reviewed at that time.  This will also serve as a briefing of the camp and surrounding area.
• Each unit shall clean and police their area of camp and all common areas prior to breaking camp for the week.
• All participants must file annual and event registration and pay all registration fees to attend.

1.      Event registrations and full payment must be received by the GBB National Treasurer by May 1^st (unless otherwise specified).

2.      Late registrations will not be entitled to an event shirt or hat and are not guaranteed participation in every activity as they may be limited by registration deadlines.
